Jim Watson, Mayor of the City of Ottawa has officially proclaimed April 8-14, the week leading up to our Reliving Old Hollywood gala, as THINK OVARIAN! Week in Ottawa. This is huge boost to our efforts to raise awareness about ovarian cancer. Read the full proclamation here.

Get a spray tan for the gala night from Sun of a Gun and owner “Spray Tan Sue” will donate $10 to ovarian cancer research for each $45 full body spray tan.

Boom 99.7 FM also covered the gala and the exciting raffle for an all-inclusive vacation in Jamaica.
The key message: an early detection tool for ovarian cancer is desperately needed. Attend the gala and buy raffle tickets for the Jamaica trip to help us fund the research needed to develop that tool.
Tickets are now on sale for a 1 in 500 chance of winning this $4,000 dream vacation for two from Air Canada Vacations and the Gran Bahia Principe Hotel in Jamaica.
The winner will be drawn April 14th on-air on Boom FM 99.7. You don’t have to attend the gala to participate in this draw (although we would love to see you there!). Proceeds from the raffle will fund ovarian cancer research.
